Bigger lots, real tree cover.
Burnt Hickory Registry isn't a template subdivision. Lots run bigger — half an acre and up in most cases — and the tree cover is real. That means the way we maintain the property has to bend around what your specific lot actually is, not what a checklist says a Kennesaw lawn should be.
Two things follow from that. Most Registry properties run two grass programs on one lot: Bermuda where the sun hits, Fescue where the trees don't let it. And the service visit itself is longer — more mow-line, more edge, more back-yard blow-off — so we quote from photos before we schedule, not after we invoice. The rest of this page is how we actually handle both.
